Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer/ Executive located in Dhaka. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting, or exceeding sales goals, negotiating all contracts with prospective clients and helping to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. The Sales Officer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Officer or a similar position with a history of being successful in generating sales leads and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team to successfully achieve goals.
• Excellent knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule as needed.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
