Job Location: Dhaka
Job Context: Customer Service Executive – Contact Centre is responsible for answering customer calls, listening to their concerns, and solving problems. They handle inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to ensure everyone quickly gets the help they need.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring excellent customer service over the phone to existing and potential customers of the bank through incoming and outbound calls.
- Use of formal & proper language and pronunciation while the conversation with customers.
- Identify customer needs, giving precise information with clarification and providing appropriate solutions for ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
- Executing customer requests, resolving complaints, and referring unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation
- Social media query management by replying to customer inquiries through different social media channels
- Capitalizing the portfolio through Up-Sell/Cross-Sell
- Achieving set targets in terms of building assets and liabilities of respective portfolios through phone calls.
- Ready to work in different shifts round the clock and on government holidays according to the business needs
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
Professional Certification: N/A

Experience Requirement:

Salary: Tk. 25,000 to 28,000 (Negotiable) Vary based on experience & qualifications.
