Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources division. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and compliance across all DLSS operations. This role requires deep expertise in Labour Law, Code of Conduct, and Industrial Relations within the Bangladesh context.
Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- •CIPD or equivalent HR certification
- •Experience in outsourcing and payroll management
Requirements
- •10+ years of HR experience in multinational or enterprise environments
- •Expert knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and Code of Conduct
- •Proven track record in Industrial Relations and CBA negotiations
- •Strong leadership and team building capabilities
- •Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll platforms
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
